Based solely upon my highly favorable and positive experience with Watch Limit, I would highly recommend anyone to consider doing business with them (Mitchell Teper) whenever he has a watch for sale that you may be considering. The description and photos were accurate and precise. I contacted Mitchell at Watch Limit at least 4 or 5 times with questions that were answered promptly - within minutes! He was not only very responsive in responding to my questions, but very thorough in providing answers that were above and beyond what I would have expected to my satisfaction. Since this was the first time I was purchasing a watch through Chrono24, I didn't know what to expect. However, I found that using the Chrono24 site gave me a sense of comfort in making my transaction, from communicating with the seller to making my credit card payment online. I also was very happy with Watch Limit's expediency in shipping the watch out to me FedEx Overnight Express. I discovered and can attest to the fact that Watch Limit (and Mitchell) is a company that can be trusted to deliver on the product they sell and in keeping their word to ship ASAP (especially during a pandemic). I purchased a "new" 2020 Rolex 126603 Sea-Dweller. Everything went very smoothly. With that said, my only wish was that since this item was listed as new & unworn, that the item would have came with evidence of initial purchase so I could confirm that it wasn't stolen or a fake. Thankfully, I was able to use the warranty card provided with the watch and was able to call the jeweler in Pennsylvania that actually sold the watch. I personally talked with the salesman who sold the watch and was ultimately able to confirm that the watch I had purchased was sold to the person listed on the warranty card, confirm the serial number, and that the watch was sold on the date listed on the warranty card. He was more than helpful with making me feel comfortable that my watch was authentic and new. While I was very happy that everything worked out, I wish the seller would have had this type of information available at purchase or would have assisted in obtaining this information for me. Hence the 4 star rating on the communications portion of the survey.

Had an issue with the watch not fitting. Was able to order the new link and received it in two days. After I put in the new link the watch fit perfectly. These guys care about their business and communication is top notch. I will be buying another watch from them in the future due to my positive experience.

Mitchell is a stand up guy and really went above and beyond. I reached out to a number of trusted sellers on here about getting my sub, and this being my first online watch purchase (and the sub being a very commonly and well faked watch), I was naturally concerned about getting an authentic piece. Most sellers I talked to about my concern seemed anywhere from annoyed to to dismissive. Mitchell on the other hand was very understanding of my concern, and took the time to explain everything from authentication procedures to warranty cards to me. When I told sellers that my jeweler said the only way to authenticate the watch is opening the case back to look at the movement, all of them scoffed (two even insulted my jeweler). Mitchell, in contrast, was happy to assure me in writing that I can have a jeweler of my choice open the case back and that he would still take a return if the watch showed any problems. That’s the kind of assurance that really puts your mind at ease if you’re concerned about a big purchase like this. Throughout this entire process, Mitchell was both very responsive and very proactive about communicating (everything from getting back to me about my concerns to updating me on exact shipping and payment status). As a cherry on top, he worked to make sure that despite a religious holiday which prohibited his staff from working, the watch was shipped out in time to get to me on my birthday. As a first time luxury watch buyer with a tight timeline, I know that I was a tough customer. Mitchell rose to the occasion, and I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a watch he’s selling.
