The watch arrived as advertised. In fact, it arrived early. The day after I purchased it and the watch was in excellent condition. It was my first Tudor, I have a couple of Rolexes and a Grand Lange 1 so I wasn't sure what I'd be in store for. However, The Black Bay looked and felt fantastic on my wrist and most importantly, it works perfectly. I would certainly buy from this dealer again in the future.

Although the seller indicated the strap was new, it was in my opinion lightly worn. It was not in it's original plastic from Tudor and the tudor box was not a match for the strap in my opinion. It looked more like a strap removed from a watch and sold separately. The seller agreed to a full refund. That was nice.

Watch came in described condition and on time with what would be expected for basic UPS shipping. Would prefer the UPS time window upgraded service like what I had when purchasing other watches from dealers but the service worked fine enough.
