Agreed on price on a watch and sent the money. After a couple of days the seller cancels the purchase with the comment that the watch is damaged. I got my money back, but the watch is available again on the app. What is going on here?

Paid way too much for shipping (€300,-). I thought it would be shipped most securely by Ferrari post as mentioned, but unfortunately it was shipped with normal post. This was a bad choice as my jewelry company name was stated on the package. Over all the item itself was perfect and in good shape as shown in the pictures.

First off one thing: If I could give six stars to this seller I would! The seller not only understated the condition of the watch (there are no war marks on it - nothing) he put a sales certificate (in my name), a spare bracelet and some additional information in the box. The watch came superbly packaged (it was quite difficult to open up the package). Delivery from Portugal to switzerland took less than a week (I have bought watches on Chrono24 before - deliveries from Germany normally take longer). The package also contained a measurement-receipt as well as a confirmation that the watch had been serviced recently (which I absolutely have to believe as the movement is as precise as hardly any other automatic watch I have). It was an absolute joy working with Novavenida and I will check in from time to time again to see what he has to offer - I would buy a watch from this seller again without any hesitation.

Leider schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Händler, Uhr für 7500.- € defekt geliefert. 0 Stellung der Krone nicht möglich, daher kein Handaufzug möglich. Ich sollte 1. die Uhr so tragen sei schließlich eine Automatik Uhr oder auf meine Kosten zurück senden sie würde dann in 5 Minuten das reparieren können. Neue Dichtung (Taucheruhr) etc braucht man nicht. Vielen Danke an Chrono24 die dann den Fall zu meiner Zufriedenheit gelöst haben so das ich die Uhr hier ordentlich reparieren kann. Ich habe versucht nicht zu schreiben was ich denke und kann nur vor diesem Händler warnen.
