Buying a watch that costs 5 figures sight unseen from the internet isn’t for the faint hearted but Chrono 10:10 made me feel comfortable with their excellent communication and detailed photos so I took the plunge. Watch was exactly as described and although advertised as used was in great condition and looks good as new. Would happily use again myself and recommend to others

Very polite and fast to answer questions and give photos/videos. The buy was correct and did NOT ask for out of the rules solutions like tons of sellers do(with the only result i do not buy). There was really no discount but the price was already the best on c24.

The communication has been prompt, polite and very friendly. It made no difference if the questions were minor or stupid. No problem to get extra photos. The description was correct/accurate. Dealing with Chrono 10:10 was excellent overall. Communication was frequent and on their initiative. Shipping wise, UPS can be troublesome sometimes, but Chrono 10:10 were effective at communicating with UPS to keep me informed when some delays happened (even though it wasn't their fault). On that point I was quite impressed with their ability to handle the logistics. As for the watch, they fitted with a new strap from Breguet and adjusted for my wrist size on a second hand watch. I was not expecting a new strap so it is a very welcome "extra" from them. I would highly recommend them as their service and communication is really top notch. They also were able to help with technical questions and I would certainly not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.
