Great dealer, very delightful experience! Although the advert showed only a very faint catalogue picture the dealer immediately provided pictures of the actual watch and answered every question with kindness and accuracy. Later I also got a significant video of the watch and before the packaging they documented every detail with pics. The delivery from Prague to Germany took about 16hrs, which is sensational, and the watch itself exceeded any expectation!

I've been waiting the 14 legal days of return policy before leaving a review because you never know :) So here we go. Honestly it's probably my best transaction. Usually I prefer purchasing brand new from my AD but now that I've dealt with Chrono 10:10 I can say that their communication was by far superior than what I'm used to with my AD. Top seller, fast reply, does everything you request to reassure you and make you feel comfortable. Delivery was super fast as well and you can't imagine how well packed it was. Bubble everywhere, the watch itself was wrapped up inside the box. Smooth transaction, great price on a stellar watch I've been sleeping on for ages. Definitely a top seller, one that I'll definitely deal with again. Best regards
