This is my first time purchasing from Chrono24. I clicked the buy now button on this item as soon as I saw the watch. No mention in the description that the item was not available at that time. I was later informed by the shop that the watch wasn’t available and that I may need to wait til next month for my watch. I informed the shop that I didn’t want to wait and asked for a refund instead. Then the watch became available and that they managed to “source” it from their supplier. The watch arrived safely but without the signs of it being brand new (as in the description). No plastic linings, seals, etc. Mixed feelings here. I love the watch but I can’t help but think that I may have not received a new watch or maybe it was a watch on display that’s why it had none of the protective plastics on. Lesson learned. Communicate with the seller first before purchasing.

They did take a few days to actually ship the watch after the tracking number was created, but that's the only minor negative in an otherwise fantastic experience. I would absolutely buy another watch from this dealer.

Watch arived from Japan to UK in 4 days from order. All good except for a visible dink in the bezel, which was not shown in the photos. ITEM was described as 'new', so to most, this would be unacceptable. I will use this watch, it will pick up worse and I can't be arsed to return it. This was an unwanted suprise and I will think twice about using Ippo again. (Fool me once and all that). Shame as otherwise all good.
