I was very excited to receive my Daytona. As I was checking to make sure the watch worked. The right sub dial minute tracker, ticked over every 48 seconds NOT a full minute. Paying 20k for a watch, it better work as designed. Sadly I returned it for my refund.

Great product and fast shipping. Only complaint is the Omega outer box was completely falling apart on a two year old watch. Other than that, it was a great purchase.

Order was fulfilled quickly, but FedEx lost the package with no updates for multiple weeks. Message replies were a little slow, but they were helpful when calling directly.

I had to take the watch to a clockmaker once the watch had a delay rate soo high to standards. If you would like some pics I could send it if you provide me an email. Actually me and my client were happy until my client told me the watch have gotten delayed so many times....then to solve the issue I had to do it by myself since I am not at US. I had to spent additional money to the purchase to the delaer.....so I am dissapointed!!!!!

Beautiful watch, need service though and some pins on the bracelet are too short but overall i am really happy with my dream watch and its condition and price.

Well first of all, I’ve wanted this watch for a long time. But too be completely honest, the watch is in amazing condition but there are a few big scratches on this piece that you should have put in the description. And honestly if I knew about them, I wouldn’t have bought the watch.

The watch was shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition, with box and papers. However the year written on the guarantee card is obfuscated/illegible. The watch also came with a pinched case gasket. My local watchmaker showed me the gasket and was able to remedy the issue. Lastly, $250 for 2day shipping seemed generous.

Recommend. Beautiful accurately described watch. Phone communication was poor. Called several times and received little information. Nevertheless, very satisfied. Would buy again.

Watch is nice, with signs of wear on bracelet. Listing said very little to no signs of wear. The clasp was worn down so much that the rolex crown was 90% worn off. I didn't notice in pics but very obvious after I received it. Told dealer and they advised I would love it and I do. Completely dismissed my question about the wear. Had the listing mentioned the wear, I might have looked elsewhere, but they hooked me. Also asked for service records which took more than a few msgs to get an answer. Other than that it was an okay interaction. It took another week to get my link I paid for when I bought the watch. I had to call and remind them even after reminding them in email and messaging through Chrono24. Watch has been authenticated and has been a great addition to my collection. Although I expected my first Rolex purchase to be a bit better, it is what it is and the seller did as promised and I am satisfied with it.
