Article conforme, emballage et expédition parfaits. Le tout est arrivé en 24/48h, mais délais et retard par rapport aux indications avant achat dans le descriptif concernant la disponibilité du produit. Très bonne communication et réactivité pour faire patienter. Petite déception concernant la nature de l’ article vendu neuf full set, il me manque le TAG Omega dans le coffret à son arrivée.

Leider war die Lieferzeit länger als ursprünglich angegeben. Gut fand ich, dass der Händler mich proaktiv über den Lieferverzug informiert hat. Am Ende kam die Uhr sicher und in einwandfreiem Zustand an. Insgesamt positive Erfahrung, gerne wieder.

Ich hatte die Uhr per Kurierboten abholen lassen. Diese war lediglich in der Originalverpackung mit weißem Schuber untergebracht, der durch den Transport natürlich nicht besser wurde. Das hätte man wenigstens noch einmal in eine Tüte stecken können, anstelle es dem Fahrer einfach so in die Hand zu drücken. Ein Nachlass auf die Kosten, die ich dafür selbst gezahlt habe, die aber bereits im Angebot eingerechnet waren, wäre ein Sahnehäubchen gewesen. So etwas bekommt von mir dann auch 5 Sterne für den Service. Geantwortet wurde, allerdings nicht in allen Belangen proaktiv, sondern erst auf Anfrage und auch nicht auf alle Aspekte einer Frage, so dass ich erneut nachfragen musste. Nichts schlimmes, aber so entsteht einfach mehr Schreiberei, was nicht sein muss. In Summe aber eine klare Empfehlung.

i never got the watch i ordered but the seller was very responsive to solve the issue. i ended up receiving a full refund so i still recommend the dealer.
