We apologize if we didn't meet your expectations and we have reached out to you directly to see if there is anything that we could do to have made your experience better. Just to provide other readers with context, the customer had opted to special order a brand new timepiece instead of the pre-owned piece that was in stock and available for immediate sale. The order was placed on Wednesday evening with payment verified by Chrono24 on Thursday and the watch shipped out FedEx Priority Overnight on Friday with delivery on Saturday morning. This is despite the scheduled delivery date not being until the following Tuesday which the customer was informed of at the time of order. The customer was also informed that while the shipment could be expedited, the instruction booklet was not in yet and we could ship that separately the following week as they wanted to receive the watch sooner. We only supply English manuals with the watches we sell and we will gladly replace it if you would confirm that it is in fact not in English but we have not received a response. The other manual that comes with the watch is in multiple languages including English with the first page in French which may have been what you saw. The other object referred to is a white hangtag that is not normally included by Rolex Authorized Dealers for some time now. Nonetheless, we appreciate the feedback and have taken note to try to improve for future orders.

To provide other readers with context, we had confirmed the order within 30 minutes and the buyer decided to cancel before making payment. We confirmed the cancellation within 2 hours even though it was sent after business hours (6:33 pm) and that was all the communication we had.

We responded to the order being placed within one minute despite it coming in at 9:02 PM on Friday, and we shipped the watch out FedEx Overnight on Monday. Just to provide other readers with context, we reached out to you to see if there was anything we could do to make it right and the response was the following: "I didn’t give a bad rating. I gave four stars which is very good. The experience was easy, quick, and met all expectations. But I reserve five stars for great experiences. As an example, at the same time as this purchase I bought a less expensive watch from a different dealer and received a hand written note of thanks. That to me is worth five stars." We appreciate the feedback and have taken note to try to improve for future orders.
