I had no issues with the order and the dealer was a pleasure to work with. The only issue I had was that the shipment was only insured for about 20% of the value, which could have been problematic should anything have gone wrong. Besides that, the piece was exactly as described and I am more than happy with the purchase and experience! Thank you guys!

We explained that the watch had original box, books, original documentation (watch bought in official service rolex spain) had a guarantee from our store certified by our watch technicians for one year and passed by police control. after all this was insufficient for you. we are sorry but we prefer not to make the sale after having problems with a client that we have never had before. Emballage sommaire (enveloppe souple pour montre sans boite) mais produit arrivé intact au final!! Expédition via transporteur local connecté avec livreur français (Chronopost) qui ne me prévient pas de ne pas avoir réussi à trouver l'adresse et qui laisse l'objet en souffrance au dépôt. Prévenu par le vendeur je dois donc faire 1 heure de voiture pour la récupérer. Satisfait de cette transaction néanmoins (excellent rapport qualité/prix) :-)
