Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden, jedoch gibt es ein, zwei Kleinigkeiten, die bei so einem Verkauf nicht sein sollten.

Shipping was fast, but the package did not contain all the papers they said. They said they forgot to send them but that would do that - nothing. In further communication I asked them if possible to purchase an additional strap- no answer.

Uhr insgesamt in beschriebenem Zustand, Originalkarton ziemlich ramponiert, Omega Kaufbeleg von rumänischem Händler, das kam mir unseriös vor. Nach 3 Wochen tragen ging die Uhr 5 Minuten nach, was für einen Spitzenchronometer definitiv zu viel ist. Bis dato erhielt ich keine Rückmeldung durch den Verkäufer. Das sollte doch bedenklich stimmen.

Article correspondant bien aux photos (fourniture de photos complémentaires rapides) En revanche boite de la montre très abimés et le vendeur n’a plus répondu une fois que j’ai validé la réception du produit …

D'après le descriptif de la montre, je devais recevoir, en plus des cartes et papiers Rolex : * Our inhouse Certificate of Authenticity * Water Resistant Results * Movement Test Results Cela n'a pas été le cas. J'ai validé immédiatement le paiement et je souhaite conserver cette montre. J'ai envoyé un mail au vendeur qui, à ce jour, n'a pas répondu.

Die Uhr war wie beschrieben aber leider war die Box und das Uhrencase absolut ungenügend vom Zustand. Dies war leider nicht beschrieben. Die Uhr war ferner wirklich nicht gut verpackt. Dennoch war der Verkäufer sehr nett, verständnisvoll und hat ausgesprochen gut kommuniziert. Deshalb würde ich ihn weiterempfehlen.

Shipping charges were very high and then seller shipped slowest way possible. Ultimately it got lost, don't know for sure, it was in the system for 2 months and never showed up. Really poor customer service. At the same time I bought a clasp from Italy and it got here in 3 days for half the shipping costs.

1st time sent with wrong adres. So did not arrive and had to mail several times. Also 2nd time package was not traceable. Somehow got the message package delivered but not to my home adress. Had to make international calls to chrono24 also to the seller and to DHL Germany/ DHL international to straight out what went wrong so it took me lots of extra time and international telephone cost :-( at the end it turned out to be oke. But in time it took almost 1 month for the package to be delivered.

The strap should be almost new without only little traces of use. It looks like five people with different wrist seizes have worn it. Was not in the description and was not visible in the picture. Waist of money.
