The watch wasn’t in as good condition as the pictures showed. The dealer rated the watch as “Very Good”. I would’ve put “Good” The pictures appeared to be that of a brand new watch. I knew I was purchasing a used watch and wasn’t expecting it to be flawless, but the pictures were misleading. The dealer was receptive and responded quickly to emails. I returned the watch and was refunded.

Pictures that were shown on the listing were of the actual watch and it was mint, but not new as you stated. We understand if buyers sometimes just don't like the way a watch looks in person when they get it. Have a nice day.

l'article ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos reçu du coup ca ma engendre le doute sur la authenticité de la montre ce qui m'a fait erdrd beaucoup de temps pour la faire contrôles et des frais important de retour non pris en charges

avevo chiesto al commerciante di dirmi se erano presenti altre maglie al bracciale dell'orologio acquistato. Il commerciante ha volutamente ignorato questa domanda ed infatti l'orologio è arrivato senza alcuna maglia. Questo mi ha creato problemi.

Item was described as new and unworn. Very inaccurate as the watch had a number of noticeable scratches. Initial dialogue with the dealer was difficult, but they eventually agreed to do a return and full refund once I sent pictures. They acknowledged this was most likely a display piece which is why it was not in great condition. I appreciate the refund, but their listing was misleading.

Item was new and the paperwork is blank, as it never sold. What the buyer is referring to are some scratches on the back of the lugs on the reverse side of the watch. This must have happened from the watch being put on and off displays. We honestly never noticed. Happy Holidays to you and your family Nick.

sorry we had the crystal labeled as sapphire as opposed to plexiglass-simple listing error on our part, as 99% of watches have sapphire crystals this one was the exception stay safe in these tough times take care
