Purchased a piece that was stated in the description to be perfectly running. After paying, I waited nearly a full week to find out the watch was not running and needed serviced. I continued to wait and they couldn’t get the parts needed to service the watch. While I appreciate the quality control prior to shipping the watch. This watch shouldn’t have been posted if it was not running.

When we were preparing the watch for shipment and setting it on time, we saw that the chrono would only stop after a while and we took it to the workshop to have it checked again. In order to repair it we needed a part and we requested it from Heuer. We explained the situation to you from the first moment and that is why we suggest you wait if you were not in a hurry or cancel the order if it was urgent. Watching itself was OK. Since it was priced at the lower end of the pricerange for this model, I don’t want to complain about the too loose crown and the yellowish dial on the right side. The communication with the dealer, on the other hand, was a catastrophe. Every question was answered with one or two word sentences. Also the shipping took to long. I don’t understand, why I would pay 40 euros for express shipping, only to wait for the dealer to hand the package over to DHL for almost a week? The package itself was packed super nicely, best package so far. All in all 3/5 stars, good price for an ok watch, packed nice and safe. But the dealer should work on his communication!

First of all : I was looking for an authentic full set Rolex, and it is... But, when i asked if there is something on the glass on the picture and the seller answer me « no » .... when I receive the watch I hope I don’t find more dust than in all my room ! Asking questions to this seller bothers him , doesn’t want to send other pictures, etc... And now the watch ! : - i have allready talked about the dust under the glass - The glass is askew and broken at 12 O’ clock - The case polish is ugly (the watchmaker who made this should find another job) - The strap polish is ugly to, you should know that on 116000 strap the polish isn’t matt/gloss but full matt - As a miracle the watch work properly, Rolex is awesome ! So, I’m a watchmaker and I need this watch, so I Will do the necessary But an average customer will make a stroke receiving this watch and bring you back quickly. Ho I don’t talk about shipping ! The box was horrible but it arrived quickly As a watchmaker and customer this is My opinion.

On Tuesday I receive a Trusted offer from Corello. During that day we had a few email communications about the watch. Next day on Wednesday I accept the offer and paid for the watch immediately. On Friday the sale was cancelled because the watch was already sold the week before ...!? This is clearly not OK !

When the watch arrived, it didn't run. The seller said that the watch had been fully revised and serviced. However, when my local Breitling service center opened the watch, they saw the watch was full of corrosion on the inside. They showed me, and I could clearly see it as well. I contacted the seller and they blamed it on shipping. I then suggested I have the watch repaired by Breitling in the Netherlands and share the total costs. The seller refused and insisted on them taking care of the servicing in Spain. I would have had to pay for return shipping. Considering the watch wasn't running and was full of corrosion after it had supposedly just been revised and serviced by the seller, I lost all my faith in their expertise and trustworthiness.

Dealing with Corello was probably the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time: they are very unprofessional, unhelpful and unreliable. Stay away from this vendor. They are not trustworthy. Here is the full story: I ordered a EUR 7.500 vintage watch online. After 18 days, I received the package via DHL. The envelope was padded, and the watch was placed in a box, but no further padding was put in the box, so it could move around. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed that the top right push button had come off. Also, the luminous on the minute hand had come off and the crown was wobbly. This despite the fact that the watch was advertised as "Condition: Very good (Worn with little to no signs of wear)". I immediately reported this to Corello and send them a photo. It may have been the result of poor packaging and must have happened during shipping. Their reply was that "It seems that you has forced the crown" and "The watch has been revised before send it and it was in perfect condition so this is not possible." Then they claimed that the defect push button and crown were the result of my mishandling and they started referring to their legal department. They certainly take their customers seriously. I filed a claim with DHL - as the shipment was insured - to get the repair costs covered. DHL informed me that the sender had to file the claim. When I asked Corrello to file the claim. Bizarrely, they refused and replied "We are honest people and we are not going to claim a DHL to pay a "set-up" of your watch". Great to learn that Correlo blames their customers, while they are "honest people". Then I took the watch to a vintage watch repair expert for an inspection and estimate on the repair cost. They informed me that the watch was dirty inside, the lubricant was dried out and the mechanism was completely out of sync. The confirmed that the watch was not serviced despite Correlo's claim that "The watch has been revised before send it and it was in perfect condition". So much for "honesty" with the Correlo folks. The repair cost and revision by the watch expert came to a total of EUR 600. Correlo was eventually only willing to pay EUR 200. When I confronted them about their horrible customer service, they did not respond anymore. Conclusion: don't buy expensive watches with Corello. If things go wrong with shipping, you will not get any professional support. They will blame you for the defects and they lie about the maintenance they do on their watches. Stay away from these guys.

L'orologio che ho acquistato presentava 2 profonde incisioni sul retro della cassa, realizzate per cancellare probabilmente una dedica. Non solo questo non era indicato nell'annuncio, che indicava l'orologio in perfette condizioni, ma le fotografie erano state ritoccate ad arte con photoshop. Per di più è stato complicato effettuare il reso, visto che il commerciante sosteneva di aver spedito un orologio perfetto e che le incisioni le avessi fatte io una volta ricevuto l'oggetto. Sconsiglio vivamente questo commerciante, vista la pessima esperienza.

El reloj no tenía ningún grabado como usted afirmó. Apreciado Marco, El reloj tenía una ligera marca del borrado del grabado en una parte de la tapa tal y como se apreciaba en alguna de las fotos. Las fotos obviamente son las del reloj, como se podía comprobar con el número de serie. Aún así, si lo que quería era devolver el reloj, lo ha podidido hacer sin ningún problema. Pessima comunicazione e spedizione ben oltre i tempi di consegna previsti. Dopo l'acquisto non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione dal venditore se non dopo reiterati solleciti e, nonostante il pagamento sia avvenuto il 12 aprile, mi è stato risposto che, a causa delle festività pasquali (perciò dopo più di una settimana dall'avvenuto pagamento), la spedizione avrebbe subito dei ritardi. Ad ogni buon conto preciso che l'articolo, nonostante i tempi biblici per la ricezione, è risultato conforme alla descrizione.
