Es wurde eine Automatikuhr bestellt, welche auch mehrere Wochen nach Zahlungseingang nicht versendet wurde. Der Händler reagierte weder auf Anfragen von mir, noch dem Support. Nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung musste die Bestellung storniert und das Geld erstattet werden. Sehr schade!

Der Händler war nach der Bestellung nach mehreren Versuchen (Telefon und Nachricht auf Chrobo24) nicht mehr zu erreichen, am Telefon lief ne dauerschleife was auch sehr suspekt ist, und die Uhr wurde niemals losgeschickt opwohl seit mehreren Tagen der Lieferstatus auf "Versandt auftrag an DHL gesendet" stand. Also die typiche Masche um Zeit zu gewinnen damit der Kunde nicht storniert. Auf garkeinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

During the shipment the courier lost the watch and notified me about it. As I contacted the seller and provided them with the evidence, they stopped responding and forced me to contact Chronos24 assistance to manage the issue. While the issue wasn’t caused directly by them, I would’ve expected them to provide responses and alternative solutions, rather than to just disappear.

Ordered a watch that had atleast 3 weeks of delivery. I asked to get the order cancelled, but they didn’t want to since they had now ordered the watch? I called Chrono24 who cancelled the order straight away. I never heard anything from the seller, not even a response to me asking if they could please cancel my order. I can’t recommend this seller - at least not if you need the watch asap.

I ordered a watch that was labelled "in stock". 5 days later was informed, that it has to be ordered from manufacturer and is supposed to ship in about a week. After two more weeks I got a promise to check the status of my order and that was it , until I finally cancelled the watch. I can understand that mistakes happen, but the communication with the seller is extremely poor.

I ordered a brand new watch and received a damaged watch. There is a scratch on it. I indicated this problem to the customer support but they said the watch had no scratches when they had shipped it to me. I told them that, just opened the box and not even used it for a second, so the watch definitely got scratch on their side or under the shipping (what is not my fault neither). The Custom Support never answered me again. I asked them one more time if they have any news but still no answer. So finally I got one damaged watch for full price. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I will contact with the Consumer Protection to investigate this case.

Terrible experience, zero communication. Had to ask what was happening after 1 month as watch had not been shipped, then another month later still waiting, still no communication. 2 requests for information about shipping later just get told the order is cancelled as the watch "Got Lost". Don't believe they ever had, or sent the watch and were just trying to source from someone else, as they wouldn't even provide any shipping details.
