I'm disappointed the sale didn't work out. They had the AP Diver I was looking for and advertised it as 'mint' or essentially unworn. I agreed to the deal and initiated the payment. They reached out to me the next day and said there was a problem with the rubber strap. Basically it was creased and nearly cracked in half with signs of previous repair (looked like colored glue on the inside). That certainly isn't unworn or mint. I credit them for telling me and not just shipping the watch. I canceled the sale and Chrono 24 refunded the payment.

I highly recommend this dealer. The price they offered for Rolex was the best in the whole Dubai. They didn't rise their original offer while I was aware of this by other comments on Chrono24. I picked my purchase by myself at the office in Dubai and met very friendly and professional stuff there. Manager Sara explained all details and answered all the questions.

1. I paid for the watch, then he said it wasn't available. With tax and shipping $48,500 2. I went to his website, saw it was $44,500 and reached out to him via WhatsApp and he said it was available. 3. I said I would buy it, he said $50k and said he has a disclaimer on the website that prices are subject to change at anytime. I felt if he paid the shipping with Ferrari it was still an excellent price for this watch. (not import duty taxes) He agreed in writing via WhatsApp to cover the shipping for a flat purchase price of $50k. Nope! Ferrari hit me up COD for the shipment costs. I had to use a credit card. Again, I never expected import duty taxes to be paid. I've been buying watches abroad for 30+ years. Unless you are local to him, I'd stay away.

Item was described as new 2022 ‘Full set’ however when I the watch arrived and I registered with Oris to gain the additional year of warranty I found out that the watch had been bought and registered in 2021 so I was now short of 10 months warranty and the watch was not 2022 as described . . There was no sticker on the front of the watch however there was a sticker on the clasp. There was no manual or book present so therefore it should not be described as ‘full set’.

There was some confusion with the shipping address because of a previous transaction. The dealer was very helpful, and we were able to work through the complications to complete the transaction successfully. I appreciated their flexibility and helpfulness.
