Overall Good experience throughout the whole process. Watch was in great condition, price was good. Only issue I had was the Outer box of the Moonwatch Presentation box was damaged. Dealer did inform me of this & sent photos after agreement. I only would of wished that this was in the description of the product. Shipping was very fast (next Day).

Watch was shipped with a previously shortened startup. As a result I cannot use the original strap. I will be contacting the dealer to discuss.

Thank you for your comment. Per the listing for this timepiece, this watch is preowned. Preowned watches on straps may find wear in the leather or alterations to cut to size straps. Unfortunately the original owner for this piece would have needed to cut the strap in order to wear it. If you would like to order a new strap we would be glad to assist you. Best, Kevin
