Although the seller indicated the strap was new, it was in my opinion lightly worn. It was not in it's original plastic from Tudor and the tudor box was not a match for the strap in my opinion. It looked more like a strap removed from a watch and sold separately. The seller agreed to a full refund. That was nice.

Sellers be aware , will Not recommend dealing with this buyer and we wished we canceled the sale ! For $325 strap we have received 22 emails from buyer since he/she purchased the Nato replacement strap . Asked us to declare the value as low as $50 to NOT to pay Canadian customs tax ! Buyer makes False claimes ! The strap we sold is brand new , and you are not an experties to determine with what type of box that strap came in go to a Tudor boutique and you will see what type of box the strap comes in .

Watch arrived slightly dirty packaging and the "membership" card was grimy an peeling its information. Watch was in good condition, the crown appears to have a slight unevenness to it when it winds however does not affect the functionality of the watch.
