The watch never worked since I got it out of the box. I returned the item with a great help from Chrono Support but was charged for restocking fee. Seller (Hoffman Time) didn’t even offer to replace the item and refused to do so when I requested to them directly and was NASTY during the conversation. They did offer to have it sent back to the manufacturer but I was not comfortable of how the process works. Basically, the seller wants me to lie about how I got the watch in order for the manufacturer to fix it. Unfortunately, I lost money with this experience.

I THANK YOU GOT YOUR FEEDBACK , BUT CHRONO AND I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THA T THE WATCH WAS WORKING WHEN YOU RECIEVED IT. WE OFFERED TO HELP WITH A SERVICING BUT YOU WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THAT. A FEE WAS CHARED (APPROVED BY CHRONO) TO RESTORE THE WATCH BACK TO ORIGINAL. WE APOLOGIZE THAT YOU WERE DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUT WILL WORK ON IMPROVING,

I had to pay extra fees at the costumes because the seller declared a lower price (I have papers who prove this) even if I had no fault about it. Besides I got an empty warranty card (not filled and signed) and the seller told me to do it by myself and stick a sticker I didn't find in the whole box. Very disappointing. Chrono24 assistance was not helpful at all.
