Watch condition wasn’t clearly spelled out in the description. Disappointed that they try to pass off their own packaging and authentication papers as “Original”. Totally untrustworthy

Very deceiving item description. I purchased a Rolex gmt which was described as original and the bracelet is not original at all - this should have been stated clearly !!

Hi: Thank you for buying a second vintage gmt from us over in the UK in as many months. It appears there might be a language barrier on what the term “time period correct” refers to. I advised you prior to purchase in over a dozen messages that the band is an original rolex jubilee band, put on by the rolex service center pursuant to a customer request, and was not “original” to the watch. The entire watch is all original Rolex parts. Since you kept the GMT, it appears you are happy with the vintage Pepsi notwithstanding the review. Keep in touch, Richard

Hi: we are unsure of the review portion re: the description and communication as it was a new Patek 24 Diamond with box and papers. We followed up on delivery and did not receive any response nor a return request. As a fellow dealer this is disappointing to see. Best of luck on your next watch purchase.

Sent wrong watch, agreed to keep it for small refund. Lost count of how many times I've asked for authenticity certificate and sent my email but ignored and not sent. Very disappointed with my first purchase through Chrono24 and their help in resolving matters.

This is the item description: It has recently been professionally inspected, time-tested and pressure tested. Item was running no where near specs for time and they responded that only new watches run according to spec. So, I questioned what does their time-test consist of and they never responded. Their description states everything was original which was not the case. The bracelet buckle was not original, it was authentic but not original, there is a difference. Watch case was from 1981, buckle was dated 1995. Also questionable authenticity about the bracelet itself. I would recommend looking elsewhere or asking very specific questions due to this dealers questionable listing statements.

This dealer is not recommended. Correspondence was not good at the time of trouble. The watch itself was beautiful, but there were many problems. Packing is beautiful. It is a pity, but it is such an evaluation.

The watch in the add that i purchased was not the watch that was sent to me I purchased a rolex 124060. 41 mm per the add And i was sent a rolex 114060 40mm The dealer emailed me a appraisal with a serial number and it matches the watch they sent me and not the watch that i purchased in there add. I reached out to the dealer and they advised me to text them the pictures of the watch. With no offer to help me or make the purchase correct. Im done with these crooks and chrono24
