The watch was optically in good condition. Exactly as stated by the seller. The seller says that the watch has just had a service, but the watch loses more than 2 minutes a day. That's a lot. According to the seller, it may happen that the watch still adapts, but I do not see it happening. Very annoying because now there will be extra costs associated with the watch. Therefore, no good score by me. What a pity.

Yes, 2min / 24hours is too much and i was ready to take watch back in this kind of case, when sending the watch , it was tested and had only normal +- 10sec time deviation ,

Purtroppo l'orologio era già stato venduto nonostante fosse ancora pubblicato sul sito come disponibile. Poca tempestività nell'aggiornare la disponibilità. Ho inutilmente effettuato il pagamento ed ho poi dovuto controllare la restituzione. Regolarmente avvenuta. Comunque tutto si è concluso senza alcuna perdita.

Watch size did not match details informed by the seller, was more a women’s / kids watch. Upon receipt you should be able to return the piece if it does not match the specifications.

Yes, watch is tested, movement cleaned and timing balanced before sending the watch, i accept return too, there is no sense to send watches which are not working? But why i received one star from shipping , again because of local Post slow delivery, i not have any control on local Post ?

The watch came by a letter (no parcel) and was dropped to my address, without asking for getting signed. The dealer delivered not the watch ordered, but a similar watch in sad condition. It turned out the offered watch was no more available. One can read a similar feedback to this dealer. It took a long way to send back and get refunded.

Yes my mistake, but watch was packed in a giftbox and send registered mail, not as a "letter" as described . How can comment " one star " if have not seen the ordered watch ?

Déception et sentiment de m’être fait berné puisque la montre ne fonctionnait pas Le vendeur s’en doutait -il puisqu’il a proposé de lui-même très rapidement un retour de sa montre Doublement déçue : finalement pas de montre et cela m’a coûté de l’argent puisque j’ai réglé les frais d’envoi de retour....

The photos were showing the actual watch. But the description of the watch did not contain the truth, as it was not mentioned that the movement of the watch is broken. It has turned out when the arrived pack was opened and the arrived watch was not moving. It was brought to a watch maker shop in Vienna who is certified Ulysse Nardin seller to change the battery, and it was told that not the battery is the problem but the broken movement. As the broken part cannot be ordered/replaced due to the age of the watch, the whole movement should be replaced. Therefore, I would like to send the watch back and get the paid amount back. That is why I do not recommend the seller to anyone. Not trustable, does not tell the truth.

First of all, i am testing every single watch, before sending - there is no sense at all to send watch, which are not working ! As well was this rare watch tested, new battery replaced and well packed in it´s own hard wooden case !, After receiving watch this customer not made any complains, first info i received about possible problems after 19 days from watch´s delivery to the buyer ! If watch was broken during transport, every customer will complain immediately , not after weeks... so what truth i was not telling ?
