Händler lässt Uhren bestellen die er nicht liefern kann. Mein Geld war einige Wochen hinterlegt, 2 mal wurde Termin genannt der nicht eingehalten wurde, so das ich letztendlich abgebrochen habe.

The seller offers watch that he cannot deliver ... the result, money to the chrono24 account and back to mine ... -10000CZK = -400EUR, only thanks the exchange rate ... this is a bad deal ... It would be better to offer a watch that you can really deliver if payment is made.

We understand why you are frustrated and we are sorry we let you down this time. When we ordered the watch for you, we received confirmation that the order would be completed, as well as the approximate time frame for its implementation. Unfortunately the manufactory suddenly decided to discontinue production of this model and we cannot influence their decision in any way. We are very sorry that this happened with your chosen model and we didn't manage to find alternative one. Chrono24 set their own exchange rates, they also counted us a commission on this transaction. Dem Händler fällt nach 5 Tagen auf, dass er den Preis für die schon längst bezahlte Uhr nicht mehr halten kann. Dies ist für mich nicht seriös. Ich bin mit Recht total sauer, zumal ich einem anderen Händler wegen der Uhr abgesagt habe.

We would like to make the situation clear. You contacted us on Friday afternoon and insisted on providing immediate answer. From the very beginning you insisted on providing a significant discount, you wanted to get a price much lower than we initially offered. We needed time to check all the details since the conditions of the deal were changed (the price). You haven't informed us that you are going to make the payment immediately. After Friday comes the weekend. Neither we, nor our suppliers work in weekends.So on Saturday and Sunday we were closed. On Tuesday morning we received information about the final price from the distributor and we immediately informed you about it. So you have been waiting for the answer just one working day - Monday. We would like to draw your attention to the current situation in the world - many manufacturers, distributors and ADs are closed, information comes with a delay, it causes inconveniences to all of us and unfortunately sometimes it just out of our control. We wish you could understand that a one-day delay in this situation could excused. We can't afford to keep the same price when the manufacturer increases the retail price of the watch and doesn't provide us with an additional discount. We also would like to draw your attention to the following fact : the deal would be closed and the price would remain the same unless you asked a huge discount from the very beginning. The change of the initial price and a hurry caused all the troubles. We tried to solve the problem, we offered you a compromise price and also offered you to choose a watch for your budget, unfortunately these options did not suit you, and we immediately provided you with a refund. We do apologize again for all the inconveniences and we count on your understanding.
