I've never had a store in the US that couldn't deliver to Europe. Especially coming from a professional. They accept the order and cancel it after receiving the payment. A lot of time wasted for nothing.

They were non responsive about year of production. However I purchased it anyway. Then they were non responsive about shipping it until I texted and called them, and they said they sold it to someone else on eBay.

They cancelled the order after that I paid for NO REASON , they said “we can not insure the parcel to Dubai “ but it’s not true !!! I already bought watches from US and also I dealing with US for business so , I know that it’s NOT TRUE !!! So they just wasted my time ! Really bad attitude

Unfortunately purchased this item advertised as Brand New and Unworn, however when I received the watch, it had scratches on the case and clasp. Checked under a loupe, the clasp had also been polished to make it look "unworn" when it wasn't. The seller did offer a very small partial refund, but its just the fact the item was sold deceitfully and blatantly advertised as brand new when it was used. No apology received showing that the seller knew they had lied on this advert. Be very careful of this sellers sly advertising, not something Chrono24 should be proud of having on their platform. Such a shame.

They seem to be selling a quartz Seamaster as an automatic. I asked if it was automatic and they said yes. I pointed out that their own model reference was the one for quartz then didn't hear from them again.

Paid for the watch immediately via the trusted checkout. A few days later I messaged the seller asking when I could expect the watch to ship. I was then told the watch was already sold on Ebay already and I would be getting a refund. Money is still tied up waiting for a refund, but it has been initiated. Don’t buy from this seller until you have confirmation they have the watch in hand.

Extremely dissapointed with the experience. Here is the sequence of events that leave me so disappointed: On Sunday, April 11 I found the exact watch I was looking for. The pictures were good and description was clear so that I felt very comfortable about the watch's condition. I clicked "Buy" at 5:45pm (all times EDT). At 5:51pm I recieved the response from Chrono24 saying my order was submitted to the seller and their average response time is 9 hours. Being a Sunday evening, I didn't expect to hear anything until the next morning. At 8:02pm (just over 2 hours later), I received notice form Chrono24 that the seller "has confirmed reciept of your order. Please transfer the total to the escrow account. You'll find the payment information in your myChrono24 area." On Monday, April 12, I had several questions about the wire instructions and after two conversations with Chrono24's helpful staff, I initiated the wire transfer around noon. At 1:04pm I emailed Chrono24 to say that I had sent the wire and provided them with the reference number. At 4:25pm I recieved and email from Chrono24 stating "This order has been cancelled." Below the reason for cancellation says "This item has already been sold." So now I have wasted a bunch of time doing an international wire transfer that will likely take several days to get returned to me and I don't have the watch. I have no idea how this happened, but I guess the moral of the story is to not get your hopes up until you have your new watch in hand. Or in my case...don't get you're wife's hopes up.

Watch has been sold before I even purchased it. Should of paid attention to his reviews. Definitely avoid this seller.

Purchased the watched on Tuesday, Notification was sent to the dealer and we requested twice during the week for shipping confirmation, which was never sent. On Friday I called and was told the watch would ship on Monday, six days after we purchased the watch. On Monday we called again for tracking and was told they were closed for MLK day and that they now would ship on Tuesday. At that point we cancelled the order and purchased from a watch dealer in Florida. This dealer can care less about sending anything on time, and after a review of other sales he had made, others were also angry about slow deliveries. This was going to be my second purchase from Chrono24. The first dealer was fast on all counts. Look around and check out reviews before buying. I should have paid attention to some of the complaints.

Poor Communication! I paid for the watch, after 4 days, they sold it to someone else and asked me to get in touch with Chrono 24 to let them know.

Not one to leave reviews, but in this instance it's safe to say communication on the dealer's part leave a lot to be desired.

I purchased this watch from this dealer, and transferred the funds. I waited over a week and they did not ship the watch. After 10 days, I contacted them. They told me that after I purchased the watch, they sold it to someone else. They had not refunded they money - they said Chrono24 had returned their phone call. I contacted Chrono24 and had a response within 2 hours. If they had sold this watch to someone else, they should have contacted me immediately, and told me and refunded the money rather then making me initiate all the transactions. If all seemed very sketchy. Be careful if you purchase to ask them to verify that the watch is currently in stock and available at the time of purchase. BUYER BEWARE!!

Nous avions trouvé avec le vendeur un accord sur le prix de vente. Les photos sur C24 du vendeur étant de mauvaise qualité, je lui ai demandé des photos complémentaires. Sur ces nouvelles photos, la montre, pour moi n'était pas la même que sur l'annonce. J'ai donc demandé au vendeur des explications plus précises. Comme pourquoi les vis ne sont-elles pas alignées de la même façon, pourquoi le logo est t-il très différemment entre les photos. Avant de me répondre le vendeur a annulé la transaction et m'a demandé de ne plus le contacter. Mauvais commerçant ou pièce douteuse, je n'ai pas de réponse précises. Mais à ce prix, il me semble légitime d'apporter des réponses claires à l'acheteur. Je ne regrette pas que la transaction n’ait pas eu lui. Quand il y a un doute important, mieux vaut ne pas donner suite. Je ne recommande pas ce vendeur.

Payment made but transaction was cancelled by seller due to the item had been sold. I lost 1% of USD 30K due to exchange rate differences (buy/sell : paid/ refund) Buyer pays for seller mistakes. Unbelievable
