The main issue was that the bracelet of the watch was fake- it was not a Rolex, as advertised. I took the watch into an official Rolex Service Centre is Hong Kong and they informed me that Rolex did not manufacture the bracelet. I didn’t have time to check the authenticity of the actual watch mechanics. So my advice would be to be very careful. The dealer had assured me that the watch was ‘all original Rolex’ and it wasn’t.

Dear Costumer, I am so sorry to read your review because none of what you write matches the reality. Shipping: the watch was prompty shipped and two days later it had reached the destination of Hong Kong. The problem with the delay was that you put in Chrono24 order a wrong address!!! Communication: we always responded quickly to your numerous requests. The shop was closed for holiday in August and you were warned in time before you bought the watch. Item description: the watch is completely original as described in Chrono24. The watch has been in your hands for more then two weeks. You didn’t produce and documentation. And specialized watchmaker in Hong Kong would have been able to verify the originality of the mouvement in 10 minutes!!! Ah this point, I wonder Who might have contested the originality of the bracelet?!?
