REMINDER: Until you are sure you are keeping the watch, please do not wear it, take it apart, or polish it. Watches must be returned to us with all original protective plastic, tapes, hangtags, and all attached accessories, such as boxes, papers, and warranty cards (if applicable) intact. Any attempt to change the strap or bracelet could result in unintentional damage to the watch case, making it ineligible for return.

WARRANTY
We are not an authorized retailer of any of the watches we sell. We source our watches from around the globe, and all our timepieces have a 100% authenticity guarantee. All our timepieces are sold in AS-IS condition and we always recommend a full overhaul at buyer's expense. 

Lastly, we strictly follow Chrono24 guidelines and abide by all local tax and customs and border protection laws of the US and other governments.
