Brilliance and Grace was excellent throughout. They were very responsive. They happily spoke with a friend of ours who is an authorized Patek dealer about the watch we wanted. He came away very impressed. I communicated with Nate and he too was excellent. The watch came beautifully and safely packaged and arrived within the two hour window they gave us. It' s perfect. We highly recommend them.
