I received my watch in time, packaged nicely and came as advertised. The strap was little flimsy and thin compared to what I was expecting based on the pictures. But overall satisfied with the quality of the dealer.

Had a small issue with the watch. Loucri set up a watch maker in may area and took care of the issue within 2 days. It was a 40.00 adjustment and all was good. Lou is absolutely the best I have dealt with for customer service in many years. 5 Star all the way Jeff C. XU Aviation Ltd.

The dealer took special note of the less than optimal condition of the pre-owned watch band and took the initiative to offer an alternative. Simultaneously it was an improvement as well. I was grateful to be working with this dealer when it came to getting to a satisfactory outcome.

Trustworthy dealer with great communication. The watch was even better condition than expected, new new/ almost unworn, and amazing price. Had it authenticated upon receipt and was told it was excellent condition.
