This was the first time I had purchased a watch from this vendor, or from Chroni24. There was a delay in the delivery of the watch; I ordered it on Feb 15 and received it on April 04. I would have been less concerned if Horando had said how long the delay would be. They said that I should have it in 10 days when it actually took 49 days. To their credit, they responded promptly to my messages and the watch was beautiful when it arrived. Their communication could have been more proactive and would have been a better customer experience for me.

Der Service war sehr professionell, kompetent und verlässlich. Auf meine Anfrage hinsichtlich meines gewünschten (früheren) Liefertermins erhielt ich von dem Horando Team eine umgehende Antwort und verlässliche Zusage. Die Korrespondenz war sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Der Versand war transparent, sicher und schnell, der Originalkarton super verpackt. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Meinen besten Dank!

They confirmed a sale for a watch which they did not have in their stock or in stock of a partner,. At least, the watch did not exist for the price which they agreed to sell. It’s a classic trading or arbitrage move : tie up the buyer, and try to secure the sell side. In the end, it’s a waste of my time and Chrono24 has my money for 2 weeks +.

Ich hatte die Omega Speedmaster 57 mit schwarzem Zifferblatt bestellt. Die Uhr ist in einem TOP- Zustand innerhalb von 3 Tagen geliefert worden. Ich habe die Uhr aber zurückgeben da mir die Uhr mit dem schwarzen Zifferblatt nicht gefallen hat. Die Rückabwicklung mit Horando erfolgte komplikationsfrei. Die Kommunikation mit Horando war sehr verbindlich und freundlich. Ich kann den Händler nur empfehlen !.

Der Kunde/Käufer wird aufgefordert, die Ware kurzfristig zu bezahlen. Die Lieferung jedoch hat, in meinem Fall, ein halbes Jahr gedauert. Dies würde ich nicht mehr akzeptieren, weshalb meine Bewertung negativ ausgefallen ist.
