Eine sehr schöne Uhr zum fairen Preis wie beschrieben, gut verpackt und schnell verschickt. Der Versand mit FedEx war jedoch nicht optimal, aber dafür kann der Händler nichts.

There was an issue with an old invoice being attached to my order to it got stuck in customs. The dealer was very responsive and took care of the issue immediately. Would certainly buy another timepiece from them again

I reached out with a few questions before making a decision. Jim was very responsive and thorough. Watch shipped quickly and arrived the next day. Perfect condition. Would definitely buy from Jewelier Burger!!!

Fast delivery, and the watch was very accurate to the pictures. However they describe it as full set even though links were missing on the bracelet. They did offer a refund if I sent back the watch but not a minor partial refund as compensation keeping it which I wanted.

The seller was quick and courteous in their communication which was greatly appreciated. They also sent me an additional picture of the without having to ask. However I did ask the seller if the crystal had any scratches to which they replied it did not. Unfortunately there’s a hairline scratch at the starting at the 11 mark going down. I understand this is a used watch but it just would have been nice to have accurate description of the piece. Dealer had shipped quickly and gave me an update. Also the watch was packaged carefully. Overall I would recommend this dealer again but would definitely ask for more images so you can get a better picture of the piece.
