The seller sent me the photos of the watch with a half day after I confirmed the purchase order. The photos covered all the sides of the watch which makes me feel very confortable for the wait. Overall, a very good seller. I will buy from them again.

It is a breeze dealing with Renzu, smooth communications and i receive my bigeye in great condition. The only improvement needed is the condition of watch need to accurately reference to actual state of watch as my purchase was listed as “new” but actual fact this watch being open up (no more plastic protection) and straps lugs hole was heavily scratched (when you remove the straps you can see the scratches beneath) besides that the watch is great it was brand new looking on the outside
