3 rd purchase on chrono, BDHD clear favorite. The easiest and most worry free purchase. Thanks to the clear and super fast communication from Leo. I inquired about the watch on a Saturday, and had the watch In my hand on Tuesday. Best packaging, full pics of the package and its contents. Added certificate. Watch came with completely everything. Looking forward to dealing with Leo again.

Very happy with my new watch. It was accurately described on the chrono 24 website. Authentic, unworn and full set as advertised. Leo was very helpful, and responded quickly to all questions. The package arrived one day after verification of payment, The transaction was a pleasure. Will not hesitate to use this process again. MUCH better then the games played by a certain companies ADs'.

Smooth transaction, fast delivery, and the watch is as expected, though the webpage does not show the actual watch they sent to me. The watch is in perfect condition, has all documents and the two tags, except there are hairline scratches on the first link inside buckle and one link has small manufacturing defect on the screw hole. The watch runs at -1spd up/down and -2 to +2 spd vertical, 0.5spd daily on hand.

Honestly, I have so many good things to say about Leo and everyone over at BDHD, but I will try to keep this review short even if I could write a novel about how incredible my experience was in purchasing a brand new watch from them. Buying an expensive watch from anyone other than an trusted AD, online or even in person these days can be a nerve racking experience. Out in the wild we are up against anything from full blown super-clone fakes, frankensteins (fakes that accept authentic parts, but might only be using one or two authentic parts) to super frankensteins (fakes that not only accept authentic parts, but might use almost entirely authentic parts but are using a fake movement, for example). We are living in a time where it is getting increasingly more difficult to not only know a watch is truly authentic at first glance, but also know without a doubt that you are buying a truly authentic watch, inside and out. There are even cases of suppliers that sell on platforms like StockX blending in fakes with authentic watches, and many other examples of shady business that I am sure most of you have heard buzzing around during your research or from friends in the business. The bottom line here is: through all of this uncertainty in this business today, ALL of those things you can simply just NOT worry about at all if you buy from Leo and the BDHD family. They do not buy from unknown customers, Facebook Marketplace or just anyone off the streets, such as random walk in customers, but only from known verified registered wholesalers that they have been working with transaction after transaction without fail. Not only can you sleep at night knowing that you bought a fully authentic watch, but that you now have a trustworthy source where you can get all of your watches from. Not only did Leo take care of me as a customer, but he went above and beyond starting with the strong and frequent communication throughout the entire process, down to sending me photos of the priority overnight shipping label next to the watch with box and papers visible, to when he had shipped the watch, all the way down to checking in to ensure I got the watch once tracking posted it had been delivered/signed for. When I did receive the watch, the way they packed it was immaculate and the intention to detail was top notch, down to the multiple boxes within boxes to protect any peaking/tampering, tamper resistant tape, and layers upon layers of packing material to keep the watch and paperwork (authenticity certificate, receipt, etc) safe and free of any bends. I have nothing but amazing things to say about my watch and cannot wait to reach out to Leo and the BDHD family for my next watch purchase. Thanks again Leo and the team for everything you do to make sure your customers get nothing less than a white glove experience. I am truly looking forward to buying all of my future watches from you.

I did quite a bit of homework before choosing ADHD and I'm glad I went with them as opposed to all the others out of the New York diamond district. I much prefer New Hampshire to NYC. That's one of the reasons I chose this listing. NYC has a reputation that I believe is generally deserved. ADHD has perfect feedback on the Rolex Forums and on Chrono24 and has a retail location. Leo, the owner, is very responsive to questions and pleasant to deal with. Shipping was very fast. I had it in my hands well before the Chrono24 estimated arrival. Another nice plus is that I got more than what was advertised. The warranty was actually newer. Additionally, I don't purchase new Rolexes often but I'm aware that they don't usually come with the plastic protectors nor the white tag. It was nice to get all of those. Felt like a truly new watch as opposed to technically used but never worn. Finally, I got a wonderful certificate of authenticity and appraisal from ADHD as well as printouts if the Chrono24 listing and authenticity guarantee. Nice touches. I'm not wealthy enough to make a habit of purchasing expensive watches and this one is my dream watch so I may be done but I'd happily purchase from ADHD again. I guess I'll give him 5 stars. I don't see an option for 6.
