Very good deal for watch and because off brexit the deals abroad you will have to pay 20%-25% custom duty So I was glad I bought in Britain the watch was exactly as in photos and delivery was quick and well packaged

Positive experience overall, watch bezels had some slight scratches not readily visible on the pictures but as it is white gold that is to be expected on an older piece. Communication was excellent.

I recently purchased a Rolex Datejust from Swiss Watch Company UK Ltd. on Chrono24, and overall, I am pleased with my experience. The timepiece was in v.good condition, and the accuracy of the pictures and description on the platform reflected the quality of the watch I received. I took the watch to Rolex for resizing of the strap and asked them to also verify the authenticity of the watch which they did to my delight. The Rolex arrived securely packaged and in the promised condition, leaving me satisfied with the purchase. Other than that this concern, I would definitely recommend purchasing from this vendor based on the positive aspects of my experience and the excellent condition of the Rolex Datejust received.

Dee at SWC was a delight to deal with. Her help in ensuring the packaging of this gift kept it's contents a secret until it was opened on Xmas Day was a lovely touch. All part of a seamless and pleasant service. Needless to say when dealing through Chrono24 the watch was exactly as presented on the website

Swiss Watch Company UK Ltd. were a pleasure to deal with. There was a small issue with one of the chronograph pushers that happened in the week after I received the watch, and despite this issue coming about after I received the watch from them, they were happy to replace the pusher and test the watch all within a couple of days. They were very professional and prompt with delivery and all communications. Their aftercare was truly next level. I would certainly recommend.
