Incomprehensible rating. The watch has been perfectly packaged by us, but may have been opened by customs (held there almost two weeks) since the customer could not be contacted to pay the customs duties. The certificate is more than 100 years old, of course it is not like new out of the printing press and has age-related patina and slight decoloration. The condition of the certificate could be seen in the photos of the ad. There were no kinks or tears in the certificate and it had never been folded.

Thank's for your nice rating. But why only four stars for shipping and description? It took only 5 business days from dispatch to delivery, including customs clearance on German and US side, indicated in the ad was a minimum of one week !! Would have been only three business day if UPS has not lost the watch information sheet for US customs - but this is out of my responsibility. Anyway enjoy your new watch and I would be a pleasure doing business with you again.
