Near perfect transaction! Although minor, I should have asked for photos of the actual watch versus the stock photos in the listing as the new watch came with permanent stains on each end of the red strap from the display tray. Seller immediately apologized and I took the small loss. Everything else went smoothly. The seller promptly responded to the warranty registration request and I received the watch in a matter of 2-3 days after purchase with the included overnight shipping from Canada to Texas.

時計、化粧箱は傷もなく美しい状態で良かった。しかし革ベルトは強い力で締めた跡があり中古品の様で残念だった。返品するか迷ったが革ベルトは消耗品。と割り切り受け入れた。

This watch is genuine and authentic as described. However, the warranty card is not registered, and I asked my local Longines boutique, my watch cannot enjoy the global official Longines service. It is a little disappointing, but worth the price.

The watch is great and came in the condition as described. The actual watch box came pretty banged up though. It was definitely UPS and not the seller’s fault.

Everything went smoothly with my purchase, but I have two small complaints. First, there were not photos of the actual watch, only stock photos. Second, Hoffman Time is listed as a US dealer but the watch shipped from Canada. In the end I'm happy with my purchase but I would've liked a little more information up front.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM unless you are in their locality. While the product was genuine and packed properly, the dealers communication and clarity was very lacking. The shipment did not even leave from their location until the delivery day had passed. Further they always responded extremely late with one word responses. When I texted them that I would like to cancel the order they refused to listen to my instruction and shipped the product post it. I could have very well bought the product locally if I thought there was gonna be so much hassle. They should clearly only be selling products from within the USA and not cross borders.

So,.... I am currently wearing a replacement watch. Which arrived safely and on time. The original was seized by Customs & Border Protection, and as far as I know they are still trying to break it out of jail. With all the frustration Hoffman send me the watch I wanted. Thanks!

Had a few small hiccups. First this dealer has their shop listed in the U.S. but they are in Canada. Second, the listing was shown as “ready to ship”. But there was a mixup and my order was marked as shipped but they were waiting for the watch box to arrive to them. It would have arrived late. Thankfully the dealer was able to work with me and send the watch expedited. Which I appreciate.

The watch movement failed two days after I received the watch. I wound it up and set the time and it again failed on day 10. I contacted Hoffman Time (always received a response very quickly) about the situation and he advised that I send the watch in for warranty repair with Longines. I contacted a semi local AD who believed the watch should be returned to the seller. The more I sat with this. the more the situation bothered me. I requested that the watch be returned. Hoffman Time said he didn't have the ability to return the watch to Longines? Perhaps this is because the watch wasn't coming from him? I purchased this watch because it said it was in the US. Then I had to pay in Canadian dollars and it was shipped from Canada from a different AD's name? Now I'm out both the money and the watch as I wait three months for the warranty repair.

One word replies in terms of communication wasn’t very warm and fuzzy but at the end of the day, the watch was delivered as promised and very quickly.

Very fast shipping and delivery. COSC certificate was not included, i wrote to the seller but he reply that certificate was on the package. Finally i’ve got everything ok but the certificate.

The watch came in very good condition and fast. When approached they answered fast. However the model they had as an image was not what they sent. They showed a clear digital screen and the watch came with dark screen (different model)

The delivery had some issues and it was quite annoying. The watch is good though.

I received this shipment more than 2 weeks late due to the dealer ordering the wrong watch. I was told I would receive a gift as an apology for the delay but that didn’t happen. The dealer communicated well but the delays in shipping were very frustrating.

The watch was supposed to ship in 3 to 5 days but didn’t. After a week I contacted them to check on my order but they didn’t respond. I finally contacted Chrono24 and had them contact the dealer. Afterwards they shipped that day and responded to my queries but I never received a sorry for the late shipment, sorry for not responding, etc. The watch was delivered quickly and everything else was fine so I’ll recommend them with a but….
