Unfortunately we can not fully control the shipping process and the services provided by the shipping company. Therefore in very rare cases the watch might be damaged in the transportation. We clearly understand this and in such cases take full responsibilities and cover all transportation and additional costs in order to resolve this and come up with a list of solutions. We also offered to compensate the local service centre repair cost as more convenient for you or to repair the issue back in our service centre under our warranty. We highly value our clients and our reputations and always do our best to make you fully satisfied as our client in any circumstances and look forward to our flawless future deals together.
