I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with FedEx delivery, we will definitely take this into account for shipping to your country in the future, though I do see that your watch was delivered the following business day after shipping out to you. If you have any feedback for us on this matter, please reach out to us, as we never want annoyances with couriers to get in the way of enjoying you purchase! As for an additional rubber strap; this model only comes on a leather strap, as advertised. I do hope you will enjoy wearing your watch, despite these setbacks!

In this case I do need to mention that the product description specifically lists the box: 'Florian Tresler watches come with a 2 year warranty and generic watch box.'. I see that we sent you the accuracy measurements of the watch in 4 positions (which was within the specifications of the manufacturer), alongside a 2 minute full HD video of the watch to show the condition of the watch. Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative. In this case there is some nuance however and as this is a public platform I do wish to reply and explain. I've had a close look at your interactions and I see you submitted a watch for repair, for which we provided you with a free return label. After extensive inspections over several days we were unable to replicate the problem you described. No mechanical fault could be determined at all. You indicated that you would prefer a different, more expensive, watch as a replacement. Out of service we agreed to this, despite that your original watch had been worn and didn't qualify under the return window with the respective terms and conditions. When you wished to opt for an unusual payment method that was, unfortunately, unavailable (and also a different one from the one used for the original transaction) to pay for the difference, you became upset and asked our staff to provide the watch for you as a straight exchange or you would resort to saying bad things about us online. We don't 'buy' our reviews, directly or indirectly. Meaning, your review is not something we would spend money to prevent, as that would be unfair. The idea is that everyone gets treated fairly and being mean doesn't give you more than being nice. This review seems to be part of your active campaign of negativity, accusing us of greed and poor service. At no point were any of our staff unwilling to resolve the issue if there was one or concerned with the money involved, as the watch submitted to us functioning within all specifications and we offered to assist you at no cost at all, beyond what we're supposed to. I really regret that you feel this is justified, but our door will always be open for any reasonable conversation or solution.
