I found my wrist is smaller than watch strap. So, came to professional watch repair shop to take off a few stainless steel straps. Badly realized that the steel strap is broken and uses the glue to fix with screw. I need to pay 1,000 THB to repair it.

Good communication and updates. Purchase fell thru at end before shipment. Final inspection showed that the watch was not running correctly and needed to be sent back to Grand Seiko. Just suprised that this was not done before the watch was posted for sale. Chrono24 handled the cancellation promptly.

The images of the watch looked fake! I contacted the dealer for better pictures and was not provided any new pictures.... I still purchased because of high quality review of the dealer and I had visited one of their stores in Japan personally few years ago. To my surprise, the watch came to Singapore in 4 days flat, excellent condition, movement working as promised and when I took the watch to the AD I was relieved to see it was a genuine watch. 5 star for the quality of product and delivery. Real looking pictures might help future buyers :)

Fast shipment Dealer responds to queations and messages before after sale. Watch as in description and pictures except an issue with the chronograph hands and as a result it has to be send in for repair. Estimated costs CHF 300.- Agreed with the dealer to get a partial refund for the repair CHF 125.- which I can live with as the initial price was ok. This is the third watch buying from this dealer and first one with an issue which was handled ok by the dealer. Would buy again from this dealer.
