Takes a while to ship but they came through with my anniversary deadline. Product was as described. Responsive to my inquiries. I would purchase from them again.

Fed ex were very poor, no communication regarding payment of import tax. Then just said it was due for delivery every day before 6pm. When it didn’t arrive they just repeated to the next day. The dealer was very good and the watch is better than I could imagine

Dealer answered all my questions in a timely manner and communicated everything I needed. Shipping was fast and agile meeting a short deadline that I had. The only downside was that the buckle came with a little scratch but he gave me credit to buy a new one, so all very good! Maybe adding more pics of the watch will also help.

This was my first Chrono24 purchase and overall it went smoothly. Dealer responded to questions quickly. I will say that while the watch was described as “unworn” it was definitely worn with the case and clasp having minor wear scratches. I commented on this to the dealer as soon as I received the watch but did not receive any reply. Still, I kept the watch as I bought it to wear so it would ultimately have had these minor wear marks anyway.

時計自体は説明文通りでしたが、外箱が汚れており、一部破損していた為です。星一つにしようと思いましたが、交渉の結果、減額対応いただいたため、星3つにしました。その他、コミュニケーションはレスポンス良く対応いただきました。

I would prefer that it be more obvious in the ordering process what your delivery options are. Used FedEx, but I'm never home during the day to sign for delivery. Took awhile to have delivery changed to pick up at a local FedEx store. I'm sure I could've selected this option up front but just missed it.

Did not initially hear from the seller once the funds were accepted regarding shipping. So I had to reach out to Chrono24, but after that, communication was better and the item was delivered on time and as described.

I still would do business with them. Great communication. The watch itself was beautiful. They just had a typo that mis-described the watch, so it was older than I preferred.

The strap had some markings on it, which for a brand new watch seemed weird to me.

The only issue that the pictures showed a different box than what I received. Otherwise, good dealer.

Good experience overall - the dealer accepted the offer and the watch got delivered on time. I would buy from this dealer in future.

Very fair and complete transaction. I would have preferred to have the watch sent next day air and not via what took 5 days.
