We uploaded and shared with you the Fedex tracking # literally minutes after you placed the order. We assumed this was enough communication, letting you know the order was shipped. Sorry to hear the bracelet wasn't as tight as you would have liked. Its difficult to describe every aspect of a watch, especially one this old. However it seems the issue wasn't large enough for you to write to us about this, nor ask for a return. We were never given the opportunity to act. Yes we shipped the wrong watch by mistake as they look nearly identical. Once notified we shipped the incorrect watch, we shipped the correct out immedietly. We did not even wait to receive the wrong one back. We feel we handled a human error in the fastest way possible.

The black band is 100% genuine OEM, it even has the Panerai logo on the back sonwe are not sure why your questioning if its authentic. This is a pre-owned watch and the leather did show signs of wear - which is why we included a 2nd OEM Panerai strap in the box. Panerai doesnt provide strap changing tools for all watches - this has nothing to do with us as a supplier.

We thank you for your business, and are sorry that this review is the first time hearing of this discrepancy. You could & should have contacted us upon receipt and we would have been happy to arrange for a solution. Why did you not? We pride ourselves on having accurate listings. We stated clearly this was in "Excellent" worn condition, which this watch is. It does display some very minor signs of wear on the case side... but that is all. Strap changing marks on the underside of the lugs is completely normal. We displayed this on the back side photos' we provided. Lastly - we just double checked the original listing and nowhere was it stated to have "little to no signs of wear". You are mistaken.

We thank you for the purchase and business - it is greatly appreciated. However we must correct you in one matter - we never sated we would ship overnight as a standard delivery time-frame. You also never requested overnight delivery. We ship UPS 2 Day Air as soon as payment clears. We are not sure why you expected Overnight because our standard shipping is UPS 2 Day Air - and again - you never requested Overnight. So were puzzled by your comments. Nonetheless - thanks for the business.
