Diamonds East initially sent me the wrong watch, but were incredibly apologetic and responsive when I contacted them. They provided free overnight return shipping, and got the proper watch identified and overnighted to me less than 24 hours later. The correct watch was in gorgeous condition and packed with care in a courtesy travel watch case alongside its box and papers. This was my first serious watch purchase, and despite a bumpy start—I would do business with Diamonds East again.

The communication was quick but the description and communication did not exactly reflect the watch. Had a few issues wish wrong documents being sent and when taken to an authorized Rolex service center there were issues with the watch, so it was not mint. In fact, they advised I get the crystal replaced because the imperfections were affecting the how waterproof the watch is meant to be.

There was a defect in watch and seller remedied the situation in full. No problems and open communication. Good seller, just an oversight.

The box did not contain the authentication papers like the listing pictures did. But the dealer was professional about it and offered a lower price. But i decided to return it.

The ad was saying that the watch was ready to be shipped. However it was shipped one week after the payment had been accounted for with lacking precise communication, which can seem long and be particularly stressful when you have paid such a big amount. However, the shipment went very well and very quickly thanks to an efficient carrier and to a perfect packaging. The watch is absolutely stunning and new as expected. Nonetheless very happy with the transaction with a very kind, patient, and overall very responsive seller.
