The watches authentic and exactly as stated in the description and photos. They didn't reply to any of my questions after I purchased.

The watch accuracy is terrible. When I asked about it accuracy prior to buying the watch, the seller told me that the watch was within the acceptable gain/loss per day. But the watch is loosing mire than a min per day. They did offer to return the watch but I didn’t want to go through the process with my local customs to get back the taxes and duties.

Watch described 'as new', in good condition but no box or papers at a slightly reduced price. As such I guessed there was an issue and sought reassurance from the dealer. They were excelent, eventually answering all questions clearly but, this was a fairly lengthy process, possibly hampered by translation. Watch arived in good time and was well packaged but, as suspected there was a snag. The Watch had previously been paired with a phone and it needed to be unpaired. A problem hampered by the 'no papers' issue. Moreover, the nine o'clock subdial needed calibration. About 45 mins work, once the appropriate guide was downloaded. I would recomend eLady and use them again myself but, sadly, am unable to give a full five stars as I think they should have checked for and sorted these issues before sending.

Offer was accepted and then they discovered the watch was already sold. They corrected it quickly but wish it was corrected before the offer was accepted.

The seller unfortunately did not send me the correct watch, they sent a different reference that was a different size. Once I notified the seller of this mistake, the seller was willing to return the watch at their cost. However, I incurred $100 of import duties that I have been unable to clawback which the seller (and Chrono24) have not reimbursed. Overall, I am disappointed that I received the wrong watch and am out $100 from my pocket, but the seller was responsive, professional and rectified their mistakes.

I recently purchased a watch as "Used (very good)" and described as "Rank A Used - A few traces of usage, some scratches/dirt can be seen but overall in very good condition." While the initial transaction and shipping were smooth, my experience took a downturn when I sought a simple adjustment at the Omega dealership. The watch's condition, as claimed by the seller, turned out to be far from the reality. When attempting to remove a link at the Omega dealership, I was informed that the link had already been forcibly damaged, requiring the use of a mallet for any adjustments. This revelation was particularly disappointing, as the seller had portrayed the watch as being in very good condition. Upon closer inspection, they noticed the bracelet's poor state, evidenced by its visible drooping when held to the side. The discrepancy between the seller's description and the actual condition of the watch leaves me questioning the accuracy of their product listings and overall transparency. This unforeseen issue has significantly affected my satisfaction with the purchase, and I would caution potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect items from this seller before making a purchase.

Prompt communication, although the watch listing had some errors, causing me to have to cancel my order! The cancellation caused no problems, so overall not a bad experience.

Quality of watch exceeds my expectation. However, the size in description is inaccurate. The bracelet length is longer than what it states in description. Seller admitted the mistake and offered return and refund. I finally kept the watch and requested a partial refund instead. The partial refund offered by seller is very minimal.
