I wasn’t fully satisfied by the condition of the watch so I returned it and got back the money

Nice watch, shame they felt the need to photoshop the pictures of the rear case, lots of little scratches and marks- I would have noticed these in a personal viewing, that being said it was a good price and I would have brought the watch anyways, shame they felt the need to be deceitful.

The dealer replied timely on most occasions, although the communication was very matter of fact and most of my replies were not signed, so I didn't know who i was talking to and it felt very remote and impersonal. My expectations are much higher in terms of customer service in general and the level should be excellent for of a very high ticket priced item. The score for delivery applies to having the watch sent to store on time, although I didn't see how it was packed. I preferred to visit their partners shop in London to see the watch first before committing to the purchase. The shop was very stylish and the staff very helpful and friendly and I accepted the watch, having seen it along with the box and paperwork.

Shipping took a bit of time but once it was dispatched it arrived next day. The watch is fantastic exactly as described and was a fantastic price. Communication from the dealer was great.

The watch watch bracelet was too short, I informed the seller. He sent me the extra links which I did not expect - wonderful after sales service. Very impressed

La transaction s'est bien déroulée à la nuance près que le prix affiché par le vendeur n'était pas celui que j'ai du débourser. Aucune explication ne m'a été donnée, c'est assez surprenant.
