Very little communication, but then I didn't ask any questions. Packaging was somewhat ad hoc, but the watch did get here safely as promised. The watch itself was gorgeous. All in all a solid, no-drama transaction.

Dealer shipped watch to a fedex center without informing me I consulting me, had to take time out of my day to pick up the watch. Not exactly the definition of @delivery”.

It was the the only fedex first priority overnight option we ignored the request to change the shipping address beter to drive 0,5 mile to pick it up than to deal 3 month with the insurance

Very good service but they used the wrong shipping company, Fedex. Fedex would not sent my package to my house and must be picked up at one of their stations. Ontop of that, it was delayed several days so a 2 day shipping time became 5 days. When I went to pick up the package, the front dest lady wasn't very courteous.

Communication with the dealer was ok, but I little limited in the depth of information provided in response to emails. This may be due to this being a dealer (possible an individual ) where as previous purchases through Chrono 24 have been with businesses namely Jewelers.
