Great communication and shipping but I am disappointed with the description. It claimed to be in better condition but the watch had a significant Scratch on the back of the case. Hard to pick up in the pictures.... at least ot was for me. Also said box and "original papers" which in thos case was a BLANK warranty card without the watches serial number. These can easily be purchased on Ebay. Had is noted in the description a blank warrant card vs "original papers" warranty card I would not have anticipated one with a serial number. I reached out to the dealer and was advised that 80% of the Beau and Mercier watches they sell have blank warranty cards, and unlike a Rolex the manuf does not require the serial number to be on the card AR initial sale (and certainly not a resale). I did not return the watch because I believed the ultimate selling proce was fair and I really like the watch. The dealer was great with communication and shipping, but just ask alot of questions and really look at the photos blown up so you don't experience the same disappointment. More experienced watch purchasers may have known better.

Overall satisfied. Seller agreed to refund partial payment due to dead batteries without any issues. The two extra bands had blue on them (probably from the box), seller agreed to replace. 2 notches on the inner/crystal side of bezel, no resolution (new watch). Box and papers new. Great packaging and delivery timing. Great communication with the seller. Beautiful watch. The bands are all too short, so basically I'm having to replace with longer bands anyway. Apparently, these bands come in 2 lengths. Anyway, no regret on the purchase, just less than perfect. Still, recommended seller, just request additional, higher resolution pictures of watch, box, extras if possible, which should be standard with any transaction anyway.

The watch had more marks on it than the "Very Good" description would have led me to anticipate but the seller did work with us to try and make things right. At the end of the day they quickly made a good deal better and that was appreciated.

I received my watch in a few days and it was exactly as described. There was no communication between myself and the dealer on this purchase, however, I did try twice before to ask a question about another watch, and the dealer never responded.

As described, it is a great watch; however, I did not find the seller enthusiastic. Although, I recommend the seller.

This was a very easy process. From the first inquiry to the acquiring of the time piece. The seller didn’t negotiate much, but did offer lower than the listing price, I believe it was a more than fair offer, and accepted it as soon as I could. The pictures on my particular listing only listed two pictures. There were no pictures of the movement, but with the sellers track history over many years on Chrono 24, had little doubts about the authenticity of the watch. There was also not a clear picture of the Dial, I had missed the letterings of “precision” on the dial until I could look at the watch in person. The seller was very easy to work with, and I’m looking forward to buying from them in the future. There were more hickups with the mailing company than anything else, which is out of anyone’s control. And of the fault of no one because of the distance that the package was shipped.

There were blue marks on the pink strap, Seller promised to send new but haven’t send any uptill now. Key for orginal box was also missing

Dealer was honest to the best of his knowledge. The item purchased had scratches in the AR coating which is a common phenomenon with breitling watches. I decided to keep the watch due to the buying price was really good. The dealer was honest and ready for me to ship the watch back and even apologized immediately. To me those are good traits to have.

The watch was purchased with the inclusion of original papers that serve as proof of the watch's origin. However, the papers that were provided with the watch, according to the watch manufacturer, are not valid for confirming the watch's origin as stated in the advertisement. These papers were not completed at the time of the watch's purchase from new. Nevertheless, the watch itself is of exceptional quality, and there is absolutely no doubt regarding its authenticity. Although the seller has offered to cancel the transaction, I have chosen not to take advantage of this option. It is possible to obtain a certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer, but it comes with significant additional costs. These costs are unnecessary since the value of the watch was established with the expectation that valid documents would accompany the transaction as stated in the ad.
