Merci pour l'évaluation. Nous avons demandé car seules trois étoiles sur cinq ont été attribuées. Nous avons reçu les commentaires suivants du client : Les photos de face ne reflètent pas la couleur. Celle de profil d’avantage, cela peut porter à confusion (d’où le fait que ma seule question posée a était sur la couleur). D’autant plus que la montre est bien plus belle en vrai, je dirai même magnifique! .... Il est très important pour nous de représenter les montres de manière honnête et réaliste. Cela ne fonctionne pas toujours parfaitement, surtout avec des cadrans spéciaux. Ensuite, nous veillons à ce que les montres ne soient pas trop belles et préférons être une surprise positive pour le client plutôt que négative. Cordialement

Thanks for your feedback and good to see that you like the watch you ordered at us. We use different logistic partners and in generel UPS is a good and reliable partner. We have the same problems with DHL or FedEx as well and overall 99% of delivery is working smooth and without problems. Sorry that the delivery was no good experience for you. We are not able to bring it in person around the world. By the way we would love to do to explain the watch at delivery :) Wish you much fun with it and looking forward for the next deal. Maybe in person or with the logistic partner you prefer. best regards

We show the watch always from different angles and make original fotos - no stock pictures. The dial is a broken white / silver color. No porcelain or pure white. Also described as a bright dial. Wish you much fun with it anyway. best regards Team UK

Thanks for your feedback. We are using Fed Ex, Galle, UPS and also DHL. In different regions of the world you have different problems. We are sorry about this but we can say that we not choose UPS because of price to save money. Often this shipping is higher compared to others. For us it is important that the watch is 100% insured, what we can guarantee you. We can only pack the watches safe and pray for good and fast delivery. Specially in december time there is much traffic on the road. Sorry for this experience with UPS. We already complaint this delivery but to be honest this will not change the process there. We wish you much fun with the watch and nice christmas time. Glad to know that it arrived safe and you enjoy it. best regards Team UK

sorry for the import taxes. It depends on the country where you life and the rules of importing watches. Would be better if chrono would to this more transparent in the platform Team UK

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und sorry für die verzögerte Rückabwicklung. Leider ist dies abhängig von der Erkennung des Sendestatus seitens Chrono24. Dieser erfolgt nicht automatisch und muss somit manuell korrigiert werden. Dies passierte in Ihrem Fall von uns als wir dies festgestellt haben. Wir haben hier kein Versäumnis eingeräumt und dies liegt auch nicht in unserer Hand. Das wir eine negative Bewertung von Ihnen bekommen ist schade, insbesondere da dies eher die Plattform treffen müsste und nicht den Händler. Somit auch von unserer Seite - Bestellung TOP, Fairness und Feedback flop. Die Infos sind an Chrono24 weitergegeben mit der Bitte die Rückgabe zu optimieren.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Uhr kommt mit Service und unserer Garantie. Wie schreiben grundsätzlich nicht in die Servicehefte der Hersteller sondern haben unsere eigene Karte. Extralange Bänder können wir gerne liefern, immer vor Bestellung bitte angeben. Wenn nicht lagernd, dann gerne bestellbar. Mit dem Export / Zoll versuchen wir es so einfach wie möglich zu halten. Wir wissen natürlich das dies gerade in der Schweiz nicht so leicht ist. Viel Freude mit Ihrer schönen Lange & Söhne und einen guten Start in 2021.

Die Enttäuschung können wir verstehen. Leider hat die Uhr bei unserem Uhrmacher sowie bei uns alle Tests vor Angebot und Auslieferung perfekt absolviert. Das nicht sauber springende Datum ist bereits in Bearbeitung beim Hersteller und die Uhr wird bald zurück sein. Leider stecken wir nicht in jedem Teil der Uhr und freuen uns schon sie perfekt funktionierend erneut liefern zu dürfen. Wir bitten dies zu entschuldigen und bedanken uns für die Bewertung.
