Still waiting…On 26 September, I sent payment for the watch and it was finally delivered on 7 Oct. It wasn’t working when I initially unpackaged it so I followed the directions to wind it. It started functioning but I could hear a lot of noise and feel the movement of the automatic mechanism in my wrist. I expected smoother/quieter operation from such an expensive timepiece. I removed two links from the band (using a professional kit I’ve used on several other timepieces I own) so it would fit my wrist and placed the watch on my desk. The next morning the watch stopped working at 7:30 am. I tried winding it again but that didn’t help. I contacted the seller and she agreed to allow a return and replacement for the defective watch. I repackaged the watch and sent it back on 8 Oct and it arrived back at the supplier on 11 Oct. On 19 Oct I asked the status of my replacement and was told it should be on the way but was not given a tracking number. On 21 Oct I asked again the status and was directed to call Irina. After talking with Irina, she said they could no longer replace the watch because a small screw behind the crown was broken indicating a “hard impact.” I wore the watch for one hour and didn’t hit it on anything. It didn’t function after sitting on my desk overnight. Irina told me over the phone that the original watch I received would be repaired instead of replaced. It is now 2 Nov and the Chrono24 deadline for providing a review is required; however, I still don’t have the watch I paid for and there has been no response or status updates other than “I will find out.” Given the length of time and the lack of communication, I would not recommend buying a watch this way. While considerably less than a retail purchase, it’s still a lot of money and not worth the hassle. Ultimately a refund is the best possible outcome for this situation but I doubt that will happen. Finally received a tracking number that a shipping label was created this afternoon, 2 Nov. Not sure when it will get here.

The only comment is that an item was left out of the shipment. The dealer figured it out and got it to me quickly

Delivery, shipment and description accuracy were excellent. Miscommunication when it comes to import taxes caused me to pay additionally 22% on top of the selling price. Really disappointing...

Watch was as promised, in great shape. Packaging was great. However, shipping was significantly late and communication around it was not forthcoming. That was frustrating. I am very happy with my purchase and would ask that the communication is better going forward.

Très bonne communication avec le vendeur, les modifications de livraisons demandées ont pu être réalisées. Cependant le produit réceptionné bien que vendu comme neuf avait des petits défauts sur le boitier (3 rayures). De plus il manquait un accessoire dans le boitier. Quand je l'ai signalé on m'a indiqué que l'on ne pouvait rien faire. C'est un peu dommage quand même.
