In no way was this the dealers fault, but fedex were used as the courier to ship the watch from the UK to Ireland and they were an absolute nightmare. However the watch was absolutely perfect when it arrived.

Received an Omega watch albeit chrono hand was off. Had to seek a certified Watchmaker opinion to back up my claim about the defect. Seller offered to take it back it but I would have lost the sale taxes I paid in Canada if I had agreed to this. Sent the watch to Omega to get fixed under warranty - will take 3 weeks. Not the customer experience I had hoped buying a « unworn » Omega. Overall I was dissatisfied with this purchase.

Watch was indeed Unworn, exactly as listed, as evidenced by its plastic Omega factory seals. In transit it seems that the Chrono hand had moved a microscopic amount and needed adjustment. The issue was easily solved at no cost to the buyer by his local Omega shop under International Warranty. If unhappy the buyer had the option to return the watch to us at no cost for a full refund (we offered to pay the return shipping and I believe Fedex would have refunded his import taxes if the goods were returned quickly). Buyer has not incurred any financial loss and we even offered £100 goodwill payment to cover his inconvenience. Its always a shame to receive less than 5 stars but I'm not sure what else we could have done to make the buyer happy? We hope that the buyer can now enjoy his Omega for many years to come and we wish him well.

Feedback is not reasonable: Watch was 5 years old and described as 'Very Good' condition. We did not say that the watch was 100% (100% means new). Unfortunately the buyer left this feedback without even contacting us first to discuss.

All good. Packaging wasn't too protective, as watch box was same size as shipping box. Aside from that all good and watch is nice (two very small dings not reported, but not enough to make an issues over).

Excellente communication avec ce vendeur au demeurant très sympathique. Il m’a appelé pour m’annoncer que la vente était annulée à cause de la TVA qui devait s’ajouter au prix de la montre. Très arrangeant, j’ai été remboursé dans la semaine. Bravo à tous, C24 ainsi que Chris , le vendeur. Je retire une étoile parce qu’il est indiqué dans l’annonce que la TVA est incluse, alors que la vente était annulée à cause de celle-ci. Je n’ai pas tout compris. L’annonce est réapparue sans la mention, vente impossible en France. Toujours à cause de cette TVA. Je renouvelle toute ma confiance à C24 Eric
