Hallo, leider müssen wir in Ihrem Fall erneut für Aufklärung sorgen und Ihr Kommentar in einen Kontext setzen: 1. Sie haben eine Uhr erhalten, mit exakt der selben Anzahl an Bandelementen wie auf den Bildern im Angebot. Das bedeutet in diesem Zusammenhang nicht "gekauft wie gesehen" sondern eher, dass Sie eine gebrauchte und 2 1/2 Jahre alte Uhr in einem entsprechenden Zustand erworben haben. Trotz dessen haben wir Ihnen angeboten, Ihnen entweder den Preis für zwei brandneue Elemente zu erstatten oder diese nachzuliefern, was wir dann auch getan haben. 2. Ein Booklet haben wir ebenfalls in kürzester organisiert und nachgeliefert. 3. In unserer Beschreibung der Uhr sprachen wir nicht von "vollständigen" Papieren, sondern lediglich von Box & Papieren. Was allgemein bekannt bedeutet, dass die Uhr mit dem dazugehörigen Rolex Zertifikat verkauft wird und nicht mit einer komplett dokumentierten Historie der Uhr, seit dem Erstkauf bis zum Verkauf durch uns. Allein aus Datenschutz Gründen könnten wir diese Dokumente, auch wenn vorhanden, nicht an unsere Kunden weiterreichen. 4. Die Differenzbesteuerung der Uhr weisen wir durch unsere Rechnung nach, auf der wir explizit auf den §25a Differenzbesteuerung Gebrauchtgegenstände/Sonderregelung hinweisen.

Hey, thanks for your review. I guess this could be a misunderstanding, since you finished you last message with "I'll be in contact..." so we assumed you will contact us again. Sorry if this made a bad impression of our communication behaviour. Hello Mr. Leong, I am sorry to hear you feel this way about our communication. But after answering numerous questions about every aspect of the watch and its accessories, sending multiple additional pictures, we accepted the first Trusted-Checkout-Offer you sent us. Then it took you more than a day to cancel your own offer. You sent us a lower price offer 3 days later, while another customer in our store in Berlin was interested in buying the watch for the asking price. Of course we were quite hesitant to give you our fullest attention after you cancelled your own offer without any reason. We contacted you right away after the other customer in our store didn't buy the watch, you directly accepted the offer, we sent you the watch and everything went very smoothly.
