Ware wie zugesagt; Kommunikation schnell und unkompliziert. Versand der Ware angeblich mit PostNL, dort war keine Sendungsverfolgung möglich. Das Paket kam dann mit Hermes an.

The watch was in the very good shape as described in the offer, delivered fast and well packed. The communication with the dealer was fast and friendly. But I was shocked to find the package left in the staircase days after buying. It was obviously sent without handover in person. Regarding the value of watches like this and the 60,- Euros shipping cost, it should be possible and I would highly recommend to do so in the future.

Alle Frage wurde im Vorfeld korrekt und fachlich beantwortet. Die Uhr wurde schnell geliefert.

Die Ware wurde sehr schnell und gut verpackt verschickt. Die Frage zum Werk und der Regulierung wurde schnell, aber meines Erachtens nicht korrekt beantwortet. Meine Frage auf die Regulierung und Abweichung wurde mit 1sec. Plus pro Tag beantwortet. Dies stimmt leider nicht. Die Uhr hat einen nachgang von ca. 8-10 Sekunden.

The watch was returned as it didn’t pass through UK customs. I’m not sure what the problem was with the package but it took over a month until the watch was returned to the dealer. Communication was ok at first but as my frustration became more evident the communication stopped. I eventually was informed by Chrono24 that the dealer had received the watch but I’m still waiting for my money to be returned to me.

Petit pb de livraison l’etiquette generée informatiquement pour le transport ne comportait pas mon nom, ni prénom malgré mes noms et prenoms figurant sur une autre étiquette informatisée mais pas celle du transporteur mais pour le transporteur seule l’étiquette du transport faisant foi, il a refusé de me le livrer en invoquant qu’il n’y avait pas de nom sur le colis du coup j’ai du aller le chercher dans un relais ! Un fiasco total et beaucoup de stress !!!! Le colis proprement dit et l’emballage était toutefois conforme mais la livraison catastrophique du à ce problème au départ

Bellissimo orologio in ottime condizioni e corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto ,scatola originale in tutte le sue parti , leggermente rovinata internamente ,esterno in ottime condizioni cartellino e garanzia di acquisto originali sono molto soddisfatta

Schon zum zweiten Mal wurden Mängel an der Uhr nicht genau genug genannt bzw beschrieben. Die Beschichtung des Glases war mangelhaft, fleckig. Der Verweis auf die Bilder greift zu kurz. Diese geben den realen Zustand nicht immer ausreichend wieder. Mängel, die mit bloßem Auge zu erkennen sind, sollten in der Beschreibung auch angegeben werden.

Package was left at die even though it was marked “sign for”. Fortunately it was not damaged or stolen. No communication from seller to check watch was delivered and if everything is in order.
