Great communication and the watch was well packaged and shipped. The watch had been damaged historically and that wasn't disclosed though the dealer may not have identified the damage. The dealer offered to return. Honest and recommended.

Watch condition was perfect - as described. Only minor issue was communication, I sent a first message through C24 - no answer, I had to call, good thing I speak Spanish. I received close to 0 updates per message once the payment went through. The package arrived on time (day+1 so really fast) so not really a big problem at the end.

Ik heb het horloge moeten terugsturen omdat het glas losgekomen was en de handelaar was akkoord om het bedrag terug te storten wat heel sympathiek is. Hij was niet moeilijk en verstond me

Watch was delivered a bit later than initially communicated. Very well packed. Small variations from description, was offered return. Communication was not super smooth although I got my answers.

The watch I received was not functioning correctly. The dealer proposed to send it back for a service but that made no sense since the watch had just left their shop!!!

The vendor is very honest, quick response and approachable, but it is for whatever reason not to mention the gold stamp is missing, possibly due to re-polishing.

Advertised the watch with papers and box, once I had paid and the watch was ready to send, the seller told me the box was not origional.Little disappointed.I cancelled the sale.

Although I returned the watch I can recommend the seller. They were professional, great comunication and very helpfull with that process.

Der Händler hat nicht gesagt, dass die Uhr eine Revision benötigt. Da sie pro Tag ca 25 Sek. nachging, habe ich sie vom Uhrmacher checken lassen. Ergebnis: Öl verbraucht, Glas angeschlagen - muss ausgetauscht werden. Revision + neues Saphirglas = 700 Euro. Der Preis für die Uhr war allerdings dem Zustand angemessen günstig. Dennoch würde ich bei diesem Händler nicht wieder kaufen.

The item was as described and packaged well. Happy to deal with them again. Only thing to improve would be to have a faster way for shopping with tracking. Had some trouble with the package not arriving on time. Once I received the package it was All good.

Communication very unprofessionell. I was pressured that they would give the watch to someone else if my money wouldnt be on their account on the same day they accepted my offer. I declared that i have respected every deadline and then i got no answer any more.
