Dealer is not responsible , asked customer to make payment for watch that is not yet available. I made payment and then realize watch is not available and dealer has no idea when watch will be available, didn't give heads-up to customer either about the situation. When customer asked for refund, dealer simply ask customer to contact chrono by himself for refund. Luckily chrono team is fast to react. Dealer should never ask customer to make payment unless watch is available or unless it is pre-order situation. Even I upset, I still give 3 stars because dealer looks responsive and polite at the beginning.

Dishonest listing. claimed the watch was in stock and ready to ship. After I placed the order, seller didn’t respond for quite sometime only to tell me watch was not in stock. Ask this seller for pictures before placing order to insure watch is in stock.

I wasn't impressed with receiving a new watch with a deep small dent on it after removing all the stickers etc. They also failed to included the international warranty card which is the second time they have done this (I've bought another watch from them a year ago). It was very frustrating as I actually reminded them to send it with the watch. They have promptly couriered the warranty out to me. They offered me a small amount for compensation if I didn't return the watch which I accepted. They did offer for me to courier the watch back for a new one at no cost. I still love the watch but I don't believe they checked it before shipping. They said it was the handling / customs etc after they sent it that caused it but I find that hard to believe. It wasn't a great experience overall. I hope they learn from this and the feedback I've adready given them to improve their processes as I still think they are good dealer.

Ordered a titanium Seiko. The watch arrived free floating in the watch box as it had fallen off the pillow. After a day or so I noticed a scratch on the side of the bracelet. The scratch is perfectly straight and at 90 degrees across. This seems to have come from the bracelet itself while bouncing around in the box in transit. As opposed to returning the package to Japan and I had already sized the watch, I'll be keeping it. If the stickers were still on the outside of the bracelet this might not have happened. It's disappointing that my titanium scratch-resistant watch has a scratch on it.

The U.S. Customs erred in identifying me, and refused to deliver the package. The U.S. Customs Service is, in my experience and opinion, a corrupt entity that accepts responsibility for, and freely chooses to be, accountable for nothing. The dealer and myself suffered in money and time as a result. I find it amazing how the Customs Service sanctions its own citizens while not taking responsibility for its own errors.

Не могут отправить товар DHL на физ. лицо в России, хотя при заказе об этом не информируют. При заказе на японский адрес, также возникают трудности и доп. Расходы по оплате местного 10% налога, но главное эта компания не имеет физиче кого офиса по указанному адресу. В целом странные ребята, хотя в итоге после 2 недель переписки и подключения знакомого из Японии посылку удалось получить.
